Return and refund policy
We have a 24 hours refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
- you must contact us within 24 hours after you received the item
- your item has arrived broken, defective, or not corresponding to what you have ordered
- you must provide a picture or a video as a proof

If it is accepted, we will issue a refund of your purchase on your original payment method, equivalent to the cost of the product.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We can also issue a new item, instead of a refund. That will be up to you. Please state it in your message if you prefer a new item instead of a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or a refund will not be accepted.
